• One of the strongest Medihair bleach powders.

• It can be used on client’s that have dark or black hair and desire to have blonde hair (can be done in oneday but is not reccomended because the hair needs to rest in between bleaching sessions).

• It is strong enough that it can be used with a 10 Vol Peroxide.
